Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Select international destinations

If your country is not listed at checkout, it means shipping is not currently available to your location.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15–20 business days

International Shipping

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 20–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order destination

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local customs authority.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • The responsibility of the customer

WarmPiece is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

WarmPiece is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to us due to address errors

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
