If for any reason your purchase doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All puzzle pieces must be included

  • Original packaging must be intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect


Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped or enter production.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In this case, you may refer to our return policy once the item has been delivered.
